Accessibility
We want the enquiry process to be clear and usable, and we welcome advance conversations about individual access needs.
Request your ride
Website access
The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, descriptive image text, visible labels and responsive layouts. If any part of the website prevents you from making an enquiry, use the contact page and tell us what you need.
Riding access
Equestrian activities have practical access and safety constraints that vary by rider, horse, mounting area and route. Describe mobility, communication or support needs in the request form. The team must assess each request individually and may propose a different format when a standard ride is unsuitable.
Feedback
Please report the page, device and issue through the contact form. Accessibility improvements will be prioritised as the service develops.
